1. Our role
Isle of Wight Painters is a public-facing brand and marketing and enquiry-introduction website operated by Ready Set Punk! LTD.
Ready Set Punk! LTD operates the website, advertises the introduction service and passes enquiries to Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating. It does not carry out or supervise painting or decorating work.
The online form delivers enquiries through our configured Zapier workflow so they can be shared with Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating for follow-up. Please use the listed telephone number or email address if you prefer to make contact directly.
2. Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating
Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating is the independent contractor that provides quotations, enters into painting or decorating contracts directly with homeowners, carries out and supervises the work, and is responsible for its pricing, workmanship, timetable and contractual guarantees.
This website does not make a general promise that Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating' legal status, qualifications, insurance or future performance have been verified. If a particular check is described elsewhere on the website, rely only on the check, timing and limitation expressly stated there. Before agreeing to work, confirm Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating' legal identity, insurance, written quotation, contract terms and any guarantee directly with it.
3. Website content, images and reviews
Website content is general information and does not replace Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating' site-specific assessment, quotation or written contract. Project images may show its work or may be illustrative; use the attribution or label provided beside the image rather than assuming that every image shows work by Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating.
Reviews are presented with their stated source and attribution. Ready Set Punk! LTD does not state in this Disclaimer that every review has been independently verified. Check the original source and ask Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating for relevant references if these are important to your decision.
Statements about insurance, guarantees, qualifications or project outcomes apply only where Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating and the relevant terms are clearly identified. Confirm their current scope and conditions before relying on them.
4. Responsibility and liability
Your painting or decorating contract is with Scott Buckley Painting and Decorating. It is responsible for its quotations, pricing, workmanship, supervision, timetable and contractual guarantees.
This does not exclude or restrict Ready Set Punk! LTD's responsibility for its own acts or omissions, including its advertising, website operation, introductions and handling of personal data.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
